She began her spiritual path 16 years ago, and since then Kristy has been helping people make remarkable and lasting life changes.
Kristy works both with individual clients and audiences. She helps people see every part of themselves. She facilitates awareness and acceptance of all the disempowering and negative reoccurring thoughts, feelings and patterns we all carry within. She has an engaging style in illuminating how these patterns keep us from achieving success and balance in our personal and professional lives.
With an empathic, intuitive and effective approach, Kristy then helps her clients and audiences heal their mind and body, accessing the areas where traumas and hurts are stored. The end result is deep and lasting changes, in every area of their lives.
Kristy engages everyone with her humor and easy way. She inspires, motivates, and encourages a positive, healthy and happy life for all.
I want you to experience more of the goodness that life has to offer! I’ve been where you are and I know how painful it is – but I’ve also become my own most important success story and I know the joy and well-being that is possible if you have the courage to make significant changes in your life.
I recognize that looking successful on the outside is not the same as being successful from the inside out. Prior to 2002, I had already dedicated my life to helping others, first as a teacher and later as a Life Coach. I am a graduate of UNLV with a B.A. in Communications and a B.A. in Music Education. I am also a certified Franklin Covey Coach and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have earned my Master level certification in Reiki Energy work. I was already a “successful” Life Coach and Mother – but I had a worrisome secret. My “success” was only external. I wasn’t doing that well physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As I worked with others, I was also working with myself. I hoped to heal my hurt feelings and sinking self-esteem, but nothing I tried created lasting, positive change. I knew I could assist my clients only to the extent that I was healing myself. Since I didn’t feel good about where I was in my life, this limited my ability to help my clients heal. I worried constantly that my success was not genuine and I would lose everything – personally, professionally, and financially.
I finally found something that worked. I met a new mentor in 2002 and discovered some of the keys to genuine transformation. Today, my success is real from the inside out and it shows in the results I achieve for myself and with my clients. I continue to discover, grow and heal personally, because I believe that nurturing my own growth is a vital component of being able to effectively coach you. I’ve seen first-hand the remarkable changes that are possible and I want to keep stretching and growing every day of my life.
I want to share this with you. I now know that I was always meant to be a Transformational Life Coach. My journey to success was sometimes difficult, but necessary so I could truly help others. Today, as I teach and share the higher ground principals and Universal Laws to my clients, I know that I am coaching from authentic knowledge and the value I bring to my clients is so much greater than it ever was before – because I became a genuine success first.
